Pre-conference Workshops
Choose from one of two tracks developed especially with you in mind.
The Introductory track is designed for those new to Cheetah Digital and gives you a chance to dive deeper into segmentation. You’ll explore how to use your data and build criteria to meet targeting needs. We’ll take a look at the Enhanced Workflow and see how it can benefit your productivity, along with the effective implementation of reusable items. Then we will take a look at the Analytics available in the platform and what they can tell you. Questions are welcome throughout the session, and time will be reserved at the end of the session for an open forum Q&A with the trainer and Cheetah Digital’s product experts.
In the Power User track, you will experience all the features and capabilities available in the Enhanced Workflow (FKA: Beta Editor) and what advantages it provides versus the Classic Workflow. We will walk through an example of creating and utilizing Dynamic Content in the body and subject line of a campaign (including that new “Upload File” button), as well as the features provided by Content Blocks. We will decipher the differences between Tags, Metadata, and Link Tags, when each can be used, and the benefits they can provide. The session will conclude with an open forum where you can pose questions to the trainer and Cheetah Digital’s product experts.

You can have all the data and technology in the world, but if your content isn’t contextually relevant, it will have far less impact. Brands have invested heavily in their tech stack, but what’s missing is the link between smart technology working in the background and content that needs to be personalized and delivered at scale. Hear how our partners from Movable Ink can help integrate and activate your data to create real-time customer centric experiences.
Kyle Schroeder
Senior Director of Partnerships, Movable Ink
Eric Szuhany
Director, Solutions Architecture, Movable Ink
12:45-1:30 p.m.
For most brands, consumer data provides a snapshot of customers’ past behaviors — purchase history and browsing habits. But what if you could predict what customers will do in the future? It’s possible with zero-party data - but only if you know how to obtain and activate it. This session will explore the value of zero-party data, the ‘value exchange’ needed to collect it, and how Cheetah Experiences can help do this at scale.
Richard Jones
Chief Executive Officer, Wayin

Your company's most valuable asset is its customer data. But today's marketers need a powerful, flexible solution for storing, managing, and activating that data across multiple channels in real time. Not to mention — it's nearly impossible to get a consolidated, unified view of customer data to power your marketing campaigns and decision-making. Cheetah Digital is launching an unprecedented solution to this age-old problem at Signals — and this session will give you a closer look at our new platform.

In the digital age, "loyalty" is more than just a marketing tactic, like a points program or a rewards card. It's an outcome — a goal that can only be achieved by knowing your customers deeply and carefully nurturing the relationship at every opportunity. This session will explore the idea of emotional loyalty and offer actionable guidelines to start building more genuine relationships with your customers.

When it comes to email, marketers often focus their attention on crafting highly personalized campaigns, stunning creative, and compelling copy. But all that effort is wasted if your audience never sees your message. Deliverability is critical to the success (or failure) of every campaign — and the ROI of your email program. Join this session (hosted with our partners from Return Path by Validity) to learn how to hit the inbox every time.
