This year's lineup
Hasan Minhaj is the host and creator of the weekly comedy show Patriot Act with Hasan Minhaj that premiered on Netflix in October 2018. The series explores the modern cultural and political landscape with depth and sincerity through his unique comedic voice. Last year Minhaj earned rave reviews for his one-hour Netflix comedy special Hasan Minhaj: Homecoming King that earned him a 2018 Peabody Award, and for his performance hosting the 2017 White House Correspondents' Dinner. A first generation American, Minhaj joined The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, where he was Jon’s last hire, in November 2014 as a correspondent and continued on in that role after Trevor Noah took over as host the following year. He remained on the show through August 2018.
Beth Comstock navigates change on a personal, team, and organizational level. She continues her quest for evolution having recently stepped down from her position as Vice Chair of GE, the first woman ever to hold the post, and now exploring a path as an author, instigator and connector. Over nearly two decades, she initiated GE's digital and clean-energy transformations, developed new businesses, increased GE's brand value and sales, and partnered to enhance its inventive culture. She led the creation of Current, an intelligent environments business, and was the company's first Chief Marketing Officer in 20 years. As President of Integrated Media at NBC Universal, Beth oversaw ad revenue and the company's digital efforts, including early development of hulu.com. She held a succession of marketing and communications roles at GE, NBC, CBS and Turner Broadcasting/CNN. Today, Beth is a director at Nike and trustee of The National Geographic Society.
Named one of the "Top 10 Creative Canadians" by Marketing Magazine, Ron Tite has been an award-winning advertising writer and creative director for some of the world’s most respected brands, including Air France, Evian, Hershey, Johnson & Johnson, Kraft, Intel, Microsoft, and Volvo. Tite is founder and CEO of Church & State, a content marketing agency based in Toronto. His work has been recognized by The London International Advertising Awards, The New York Festivals of Advertising, The Crystals, The Extras, The Canadian Marketing Association, and The Marketing Awards, to name just a few. His newest book, Everyone’s An Artist (Or At Least They Should Be), was published by HarperCollins in 2016.
Emily is a principal analyst focused on customer loyalty, with an emphasis on trends, technologies, services, and analytics. She helps marketing clients navigate the evolving customer loyalty landscape and develop intelligence-driven loyalty strategies and programs. Her research examines consumer attitudes and the tools, skills, and processes required for B2C Marketing Professionals to successfully foster meaningful relationships with their best customers.
Andrew Davis is a bestselling author and keynote speaker. Before building and selling a thriving digital marketing agency, Andrew produced for NBC and worked for The Muppets. He's appeared in the New York Times and on the Today Show. He's crafted documentary films and award-winning content for tiny start-ups and Fortune 500 brands. Today, Andrew Davis teaches business leaders how to grow their businesses, transform their cities, and leave their legacy.
Sameer Kazi is CEO at Cheetah Digital and brings nearly 20 years of experience as a public and private company technology and SaaS executive with operating and board roles at Salesforce, ExactTarget, Simply Measured and Emarsys. Sameer has collaborated with and held advisory roles with a number of investment partners including Bessemer Venture Partners, KKR and Vector Capital. Sameer lives in Chicago with his wife and three children and enjoys Formula One, shooting hoops in the backyard with his kids, early 90s hip hop (and all types of music except country), video games (PS4) and science fiction books, films and television.
Bill Ingram is the Chief Product Officer at Cheetah Digital, where he leads the innovation team, which includes product management, product marketing, engineering, and user experience. With more than 25 years of experience in product leadership roles, Bill most recently led the Analytics Cloud business as Vice President and General Manager at Adobe. Preceding his years at Adobe, he worked at a variety of enterprise SaaS organizations including Sybase and Omniture. Bill lives in Utah with his wife, Amy, and three kids. When he is not working you can probably find him fly-fishing or cycling.
Michelle Curless is the Chief Customer Officer at Cheetah Digital where she oversees the go-to-market Services and Delivery, Training, Consulting, Transformation, and Client Experience for clients around the globe. She has more than 20 years of experience in customer strategy transformation and has worked with leading organizations and startups across industries in consulting, operational, and business development roles. Prior to joining Cheetah Digital, Michelle led the post-sale organization at Monetate. She also previously served as Vice President, Customer Experience at Salesforce Marketing Cloud, where she established Customer Experience as a key business discipline. She resides in Michigan with her husband and two daughters.
Judd Marcello is the EVP of Global Marketing at Cheetah Digital overseeing a global team that is responsible for all aspects of the brand, demand generation, digital marketing, corporate communications, and sales development. A marketer at heart, Judd has more than 20 years of experience delivering high-impact B2C and B2B marketing leadership in the software, consumer packaged goods, consumer electronics, and food and beverage industries across the United Kingdom, Americas, Australian and European markets. Prior to joining Cheetah Digital, he held senior marketing roles at several companies, including Canon, Salesforce, ExactTarget, and Smartling. Judd is a husband, a dad, and spends most of his time spinning old blues, soul, and country records.
